SPECIFICATIONS:
- Manage all the movement from the PE Plant to the dealer network and Export market
- Resolve logistical issues and address any delays or disruptions in transportation or delivery
- Arrange movement to bonded warehouse and out of the bonded warehouse
- Reconcile, process and filing of POD’s
- Liaise with movement companies on daily basis to ensure that deliveries are met on time at the correct destination
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies and procedures
- Prepare and present reports on logistical operations
- Accurate feedback to the dealer network regarding the truck’s deliveries
- Accident and incidents management
- Monitoring the drivers and ensuring that local movements are complete
- Management of fuel usage ensuring that correct fuel litres are allocated according to the route
- Proper record of the movement report
- Administrative functions in relation to cross border documentation
- Ad-hoc tasks and project
Demo Management
- Ensure compliance of demo management policy
- Proper record of all the demos with clients and ensure that demos are returned on time
- Ensure that all the demos are well maintained according to manufacturers service guide and service intervals
- Monitor the expiry of the licence disc and ensure timeous renewal
REQUIREMENTS:
- Diploma or relevant qualification in Logistics
- Minimum 2-3 years experiences in similar role
- Code 10 licence advantageous
- Ability to work on MS Excel and Evolve system
